1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and GrabFullPage ("Company", "we", "us"). By installing the GrabFullPage Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, accessing our website, or subscribing to GrabFullPage Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using GrabFullPage on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GrabFullPage is a Google Chrome browser extension that enables users to capture full-page screenshots and screen recordings of web pages. The service is offered in two tiers:

• Free tier — Essential capture features available at no cost, including full-page and visible-area captures, PNG/JPG export, and basic capture history stored locally on your device.
• GrabFullPage Pro — A paid subscription tier offering advanced features including PDF export, annotation tools, redaction, screen recording, and optional Cloud Sync.

3. License to Use the Extension

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GrabFullPage grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Install and use the GrabFullPage Chrome extension on devices you own or control.
• Access and use the features corresponding to your subscription tier.

This licence does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the extension or your account; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the extension; use the extension to build a competing product or service; remove any proprietary notices from the extension.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

Account Creation

To access Pro features, you must create an account with a valid email address and maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription & Billing

• GrabFullPage Pro is billed monthly at $1.99/month (or the price displayed at the time of purchase).
• A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• If you subscribe after the trial, your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. Contact contact@grabfullpage.com within 30 days of your first charge to request a full refund.
• After the 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GrabFullPage only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use GrabFullPage to:

• Capture or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Capture, store, or distribute personally identifiable information of others without their consent, in violation of applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA).
• Capture or reproduce confidential content in violation of a non-disclosure agreement or duty of confidentiality.
• Engage in any automated, bulk, or scraping activity that violates a website's terms of service.
• Capture content for the purpose of harassment, defamation, or any other unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are in violation of this section.

6. Ownership of Your Captures

You retain full ownership of any screenshots, screen recordings, and captures you create using GrabFullPage. We claim no rights over your captures.

By enabling Cloud Sync, you grant GrabFullPage a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your captures solely for the purpose of providing the Cloud Sync service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the captures or close your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your captures comply with the copyright and intellectual property rights of the content you capture.

7. Intellectual Property

The GrabFullPage name, logo, extension code, website design, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to GrabFullPage and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any GrabFullPage intellectual property to you.

8. Chrome Web Store Terms

GrabFullPage is distributed through the Google Chrome Web Store. Your use of the extension is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google's policies, Google's policies shall prevail as they relate to distribution and use of the extension via the Chrome Web Store.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

GrabFullPage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The extension will function without interruption or error on all websites or browser versions.
• Captures will be pixel-perfect on all websites, particularly those using complex CSS, canvas elements, or cross-origin iframes.
• The service will be available at all times or free from security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrabFullPage and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you paid to GrabFullPage in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GrabFullPage at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms or conduct that we reasonably believe causes harm to users, third parties, or us.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@grabfullpage.com or via the account settings page. Upon termination, your licence to use the extension terminates and, if you are a Pro subscriber, your subscription will not auto-renew.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For Pro subscribers, we will also send an email notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of GrabFullPage after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
